At Synthagen, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Synthagen account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
